Strategic consulting and support in the development of sustainable Business-Innovations

We offer strategic consulting and support in Business-Innovation projects for the development and realisation of sustainable systems solutions (with or without participation of members in the value chain). The aim has to be to identify a few innovative and doable project ideas within the shortest possible time and with the help of a systematic and pragmatic process. Concrete steps are:

  • Preparation and moderation of Business-Innovation workshops to result in jointly developed project ideas with high chances of success. These workshops are supported by a specifically developed software tool
    (the Innovations-Radar     (R) ) which allows the workshops to be interactive and visual.
  • Support during the conceptual and the realisation phase of innovation projects (project management, innovation management, coaching).
  • Support in establishing an effective innovations- and knowledge-management.
